  • Delays may occur during peak seasons, festive sales, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping charge will apply (shown at checkout).
  • Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include additional charges.

3. Delivery Timelines

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 working days.
  • Other Cities/Towns: 5–7 working days.
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 working days.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS.
  • You can use this to monitor the status of your order in real-time.

5. International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are fulfilled only within India.

  • If the courier is unable to deliver your package, they may attempt redelivery or contact you.
