Cancellation Policy

At Topupkarlo.in, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel an order.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before the product has been shipped, whichever is earlier.
• To cancel an order, email us at support@topupkarlo.in with your order ID.
• If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

2. Order Cancellation by Topupkarlo

We may cancel an order due to:

• Unavailability of stock.
• Payment issues or suspected fraud.
• Incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.

In such cases, customers will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.

3. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

• If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
