1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
  • You provide proof of purchase (order ID or invoice).

⚠️ Products not eligible for returns:

  • Items bought during clearance sales, discounts, or special offers.
  • Customized or limited-edition watches.
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering.

2. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@topupkarlo.in with your order ID and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and provide approval if eligible.
  3. Ship the product back to our designated return address.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval/rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are possible only for size issues or defective items, subject to availability.
  • If the desired size/design is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or wrong item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 working days, first check with your bank/payment provider.
